These terms apply to quotes requested through this website and to orders placed with EcoStitch Ltd. Requesting a quote is free and carries no obligation; an order exists once you accept a written quotation.
Quotes
Quotes are prepared from the details and artwork you provide and remain valid for 30 days. A quote becomes a binding order only when you confirm acceptance in writing and any agreed deposit is received.
Artwork & approval
- You confirm you hold the rights to any artwork you upload, and you indemnify EcoStitch against third-party claims arising from it.
- Production begins only after you approve the final design proof.
- Colour reproduction is matched as closely as materials allow; exact Pantone matching is agreed per order.
Production & delivery
Lead times are stated on your quotation and start from design approval. Made-to-order goods are produced specifically for you; delivery dates are estimates made in good faith, and we will keep you informed of any change.
Cancellations & returns
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before design approval. After production begins, costs incurred are chargeable. Because every item is custom-made, returns are accepted only for faulty or misdescribed goods — in which case we will remake or refund.
Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UK law.
